Beyond My Control

This book should be required reading not only for anyone using the NHS but for everybody working in it. I could not believe what I was seeing.

A very true and sad story, very well written with information and guidelines on each chapter to help other readers wether or not if you are in the care/ medical sector. I think it's great that suzan has taken time out of her busy work / life schedule to write her own true story for us to read and be made aware of just exactly what does and can happen in the real world.
